全髋关节置换术后疗效及并发症的X线评价 被引量:4

X-ray evaluation of curative effect and complications of total hip arthroplasty

摘要 目的:探讨全髋关节置换术后假体固定效果及并发症的X线表现,以提高对全髋关节置换术后的影像学认识,尽早发现并发症。方法:回顾性分析随访的180例(197髋)患者的髋关节正侧位及骨盆正位片的X线表现,并进行影像学评价,观察假体放置的位置、是否存在可能的松动及相关的并发症。结果:随访的180例(197髋)中,出现并发症21例,其中双下肢不等长5例,髋臼假体松动4例,股骨柄假体松动5例,股骨头脱位3例,假体周围骨折2例,异位骨化1例,感染1例。结论:X线平片可以很好的对全髋关节置换术后疗效做出评估并及早发现术后并发症。
