摘要
目的通过测定宫颈上皮同一异倍体细胞内Ki67和P16蛋白的表达,了解宫颈病变的严重程度。方法将宫颈细胞经DABI,Ki67和P16蛋白的免疫荧光处理,通过不同的激发光测定着色的细胞数。结果在8例宫颈病变中(2例宫颈炎,1例CIN1,2例CIN2,2例CIN3及1例宫颈癌),除2例宫颈炎病例外,其余6例均可见>5c的异倍体细胞。在6例中共发现有55个>5c异倍体细胞,其中有38个Ki67阳性细胞(69%)和12个P16阳性细胞(21.8%)。10个Ki67和P16共阳性的细胞(18.2%)。结论高级别宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变中异倍体细胞,可出现Ki67和P16蛋白阳性表达。
Objective To study high-grade cervical lesions by measurements of Ki67 and p16 proteins in aneuploid cells. Methods Cervical samples from 8 women were involved. Cervical cells of each sample loaded on slides by cytospin were treated with DABI solution,Ki67 and p16 immunocytochemistry. Results 8 cases of cervical biopsies were diagnosed as 2 normal, 1 CIN1, 2 CIN2, 2CIN3 and 1 invasive cancer. Except for the 2 normal cases, a total of 55 aneuploid cells (~5c) were found in the other 6 cases, including 38 Ki67 positive cells (69%), 12 p16 positive cells (21.8~) and 10 Ki67/p16 positive cells (18.2%). Conclusion Ki67 and p16 protein expression can be presented in aneuploid ceils in high-grade cervical lesions or cancer.
