加减陷胸桃承汤合参麦针抗大鼠腹腔感染所致肺损伤实验观察

An Experimental Study on the Effect of Modified Xian Xiong Tao Cheng Tang Plus Shen Mai Zhen in Treating Pulmonary Injury after Abdominal Infection in Rats

为了探讨自拟加减陷胸桃承汤合参麦针治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的作用机理,采用盲肠结扎致腹腔感染复制大鼠ARDS病理模型,用以上方药进行对照治疗,观察该方药对动物的血气分析、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF_α)、血栓素(TXB_2)、前列环素(6—Keto—PGF_(1α))等指标的变化以及肺脏形态学的改变。结果中药治疗组能明显改善其血气分析,减轻肺组织的损伤、降低血浆中TNF、TXB_2、6—Keto—PGF_(1α)等指标的含量,与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明:该方药对腹腔感染所致的ARDS动物模型有一定的治疗作用,其机理可能与抑制炎性细胞因子及其介质有关。

To elucidate the mechanism of Modified Xian Xiong Tao Cheng Tang plus Shen Mai Zhen, a prescription of our own. in treating acute respiratory failure. We established an animal model by inducing abdominal infection after ligation of the caecum. In comparison with the model group, the contents of tumor necrotizing factor (TNF@), thromboxan (TXB2), and prostaglandin (6 -keto -PGF1@) in plasma were significantly decreased in the treatment group (P<0. 05 orP <0. 01). The morphologic changes were also much less prominent. The result showed that this prescription is effective in treating acute respiratory failure in the model animals; its mechanism is probably contributed by inhibition of the inflammatory cells and their mediators.
