原始神经外胚层肿瘤眼部转移继发青光眼一例
摘要
原始神经外胚层肿瘤（primitiveneuroetodermaltumour，PNET）是一种较为罕见的高度恶性的神经系统肿瘤，为起源于原始神经管胚基高度恶性的小细胞性肿瘤。PNET呈侵袭性生长，出现广泛脑脊液播散，预后极差，其中中枢性PNET以头痛、呕吐、颅内高压症状为主要临床表现。其主要转移途径为脑脊液转移，可沿脑脊液播散至蛛网膜下腔，尚可转移至肺和肝脏等。我们收治1例以继发性青光眼为首发症状的中枢性PNET患者，报道如下。
