摘要 1植入心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)装置患者持续室性心律失常的预测因子269例左室射血分数(LVEF)〈35%,纽约心功能分级(NYHA)Ⅲ/Ⅳ级且QRS间期〉120ms的患者植入心脏再同步化治疗装置(CRT),随访(553±464)d,评价因室性心律失常(VA)恰当治疗的独立预测因子。恰当治疗的4年发生率为36%。Cox百分比危险模型分析表明左室收缩末直径(LVESD)〉61mm,
