延边地区45例乙型与丙型肝炎患者合并TTV感染的研究

TTV tvirus infection among 45 cases of hepatitis B and C patients in yan bian city

观察延边地区慢性乙肝和慢性丙肝患者TTV感染状况 ,并研究其基因型。对 45例慢性病毒性肝炎患者 ,通过PCR检测其TTV ,并对TTV进行核苷酸序列分析。慢性肝炎病人确实有TTV感染 ,TTV亚型可分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型 ,Ⅱ型与日本东京的亚型一致。

To study the epidemiology and molecular charactertities of hepatitis B.C in YanBian city,China.Serum samples obtatned from 45 patients with chronic hepatitis B.C.TTV DNA was detected by using polymeras chain reaction,and was sequenceed followed by investigation of nucleotide hemology and phylogenic analysis.The frequency of TTV Infection in the chronic hepatitis.TTV were classified in to two major groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,second groups (Ⅱ) was same as Tokyo,Japan.
