小剂量抑肽酶对体外循环术后出血的影响（附36例报告）

Effect of Low-dose Aprotinin on Postoperative Blood Loss after Cardiopulmonary Bypass

目的 探讨小剂量抑肽酶对体外循环（ＣＰＢ）下心脏手术术后出血的影响。方法 ３６例心脏病患者随机分为对照组和抑肽酶组，抑肽酶组均于麻醉诱导后一次性静推５×１０＾５ＫＩＵ／ｋｇ抑肽酶，观察术后６ｈ、２４ｈ出血量和总出血量及输库血量。结果 抑肽酶组术后出血量和输血量均明显少于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 小剂量抑肽酶能减少术后出血，方法简便且安全。

Objective:To study the effect of low dose aprotinin on postoperative blood loss of cardiosurgery after cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods:36 cases with rheumatic heart disease were randomly divided into control and aprotinin group.5×10 4KIU/kg aprotinin was perfused via vein once after anaesthesia induced in aprotinin group.postoperative blood loss at 6 hours,24 hours,general and transfusion were observed.Results:The blood loss and transfusion in aprotinin group were less than in the control(P<0 05) Conclusion:The low dose aprotinin was still effect,simply and secure.
