The Expression and Significance of CD_44 V_6 and nm 23 in Rectal Carcinomn

目的 探讨ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３在直肠癌中表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测５４例直肠癌中ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３蛋白表达。结果 ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达与直肠癌的分化程度、浸润深度无显著相关（Ｐ〉０．０５），与有无淋巴结转移密切相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）。ｎｍ２３与直肠癌浸润深度无显著相关（Ｐ〉０．０５），与分化程度、有无淋巴结转移密切相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）。直肠癌中ＣＤ４４ｖ６和ｎｍ２３表达呈负相关。

Objective:To study the expression of CD44v6 and nm23 protein in rectal carcinoma and its significance.Methods:The expression of CD44v6 and nm23 protein of 54 rectal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method.Result:1.There was no significant correlation between CD44v6 and tumor differentiation and invasion(P>0 05),but significant correlation between CD44v6 and lymph nodes metastasis(P<0 05) 2 There was no significant correlation between nm23 and tumor invasion(P>0 05),but significant correlation between nm23 and tumor differentiation or lymph nodes metastasis(P<0 05) Conclusion:There was a close correlation between expression of CD44v6 and nm23 in the 54 rectal carcinoma.The expression of CD44v6 and nm23 may serve as an indicator to predict the invasion and lymph nodes metastasis of rectal carcinoma.
