构建现代远程教育校外学习中心监管机制的探索

通过对全国普通高校举办的现代远程教育校外学习中心发展规模、现状的考察,指出了存在的亟待解决的问题。借鉴国外学者的利益相关者理论,对普通高校与现代远程教育校外学习中心之间的利益及发展战略关系做了一定的剖析,进而提出了以利益相关者理论为指导、以利益相关者视角对现代远程教育校外学习中心加强监管的措施。

Through inspecting the development scale and present situation of modern distance learning extracurricular center that the national ordinary university and college conducts,had pointed out the existence issue being solved urgently. Profiting from the overseas scholar's benefit counterparts theory, having made certain analysis to the benefits and the developmental strategy relations between the ordinary university and its modern distance learning extracurricular center, then proposing take the benefit counterparts theory as the instruction, strengthening to supervise and manage the modern distance learning extracurricular center by the angle of view of benefit counterparts.
