A new method to produce none-curling weft knitted fabric

正反面线圈纵行数相同的罗纹组织织物无卷边性,而纬平针组织织物易卷边,利用两者相互制约的编织原理,设计出一种纬编针织物的织造方法,尤其是在纬编针织机上编织的具有抗卷边性能的纬编针织物的织造方法,目的在于克服现有技术中纬编织物结构组织单一,抗卷边性差,外观不够丰富等不足。

Rib fabric with same number of wales of face and back loops features no curling whilst fabric characteristic of plain weft stitch is more easy to happen curling. By combined the above two knitting principles, a new weft knitting method is designed to produce none-curling weft knitted fabric on weft knitting machine, aiming at overcoming the disadvantages of weft knitted fabric such as simple in fabric stitch, poor anti-curling property and limited appearance.
