摘要
为明确非织造过滤材料对PM2.5的过滤性能,根据国家标准GB/T 14295—1993、GB 12218—1989和欧洲标准EN 779∶2002,设计空气过滤材料过滤性能测试装置,对丙纶针刺、熔喷和驻极体非织造空气过滤材料的过滤效率、过滤阻力、容尘量、使用寿命以及过滤性能的稳定性进行了实验研究和分析,并采用灰色聚类分析的方法对驻极体过滤材料的过滤性能进行了综合评价。研究结果可为合理选择空气过滤材料以使公共建筑物内PM2.5浓度达到国家标准的浓度限值要求提供技术参考。
In order to determine the PM2.5 purifying performance by use of non-woven filtering material, an experimental device was developed to test the purifying performance, such as filtration efficiency and resistance, dust capacity, use life and filtration stability of PP needled felt, nonwoven meltblown and electret filters based on the state standards GB/T 14295--1993, GB 12218--1989 and the European standards EN 779: 2002. With the gray cluster analysis, the integrated evaluation of purifying performance of electrot filters was conducted. The experimental result may provide the technology reference for reasonably adopting air filtering materials to make the indoor PM2. 5 concentration in public buildings meet the requriment of environmental quality standards in china.
