近年我国热轧及冷轧板带生产现状分析

Current Status on Producing Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled Strips in China and Its Analysis

总结了近年我国热轧板带、冷轧板带及涂镀层板带生产线建设、产能及板带产品生产的技术现状和存在的问题;主要板带产品的质量性能水平和目前的市场状况。对板带产品今后的发展趋势和涉及的关键技术进行了简要分析,建议重点解决量大面广产品的低成本、稳定化生产的相关技术与管理问题,并建立低成本高效率的板带新产品系统技术开发机制,以灵活应对市场变化。

This paper summarizes the construction of production lines for producing hot rolled strips,cold rolled strips and coated strips,total capacity and current technologies for manufacturing these strip products and existent problems in producing these products in China over recent years.The quality properties and grades of leading strip products and their present situations in the market are introduced.The development trend of the strips in the future and concerned key technologies are discussed.Finally it is proposed that some problems relating to technologies on how to manufacture such products which are demanded largely in the market and in the wide range of grades in a low cost and stable way and concerned management problems should be solved first while the technology system for developing new strip products with low cost and high efficiency should be established so as to flexibly respond to changeable markets.
