摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定钒钛高炉渣中MnO、P、V2O5、TiO2的含量,利用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸溶解钒钛高炉渣,优选适宜的仪器测定参数和最佳分析谱线,共存元素间的干扰采用谱线背景扣除的方法予以消除。实验结果表明,钒钛高炉渣中的MnO、P、V2O5、TiO2在一定浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999以上,测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.45%~5.10%之间,加标回收率在96%~107%之间。
The content of MnO,P,V2O5 and TiO2 in blast furnace slag with vanadium-titanium is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).First blast furnace slag with vanadium-titanium is dissolved by using hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid and then appropriate determined parameters by apparatus and optimal spectral lines are selected preferably so that the interference due to coexist elements can be eliminated by background subtraction method for spectral lines.The experimental results show that these oxides or elements in blast furnace slag with vanadium-titanium above mentioned have good linear correlations among them when the concentration of their content is in a certain range,whose correlation coefficient is more than 0.999 and relative standard deviations of the determined results are between 0.45%~5.10% while the recovery rate is between 96%~107%.
