摘要 分析了铁水预处理扒渣铁损的影响因素,通过在喷吹过程采用渣铁分离剂、扒渣过程采用新型铁水聚渣剂调整铁渣成分及脱硫扒渣工艺等措施,改善了铁渣性能,有效降低了脱硫粉剂消耗和扒渣铁损,降低了生产成本。 Influencing factors on iron loss in slag skimming during hot metal pretreatment are analyzed.Based on analyzed results the properties of slag is improved by taking such measures as using the agent for separating molten iron and slag during injection,using the new-type slag conglomeration agent to adjust the compositions in slag during slag skimming and applying the processes for desulphurizing and slag-skimming.After these measures are taken the consumption of power or agent for desulphurizing and iron loss in slag skimming are effectively decreased and therefore the production cost is also cut down.
