摘要
2012年,英国中小学信息通信技术(Information and Communications Technology,以下简称ICT)课程正在经历着全面的变革。英国现有的ICT课程受到质疑与批判,被认为是呆板和不能够激发学生动机的。英国中小学ICT课程变革就是要突破传统的以办公软件为主的ICT课程内容,重新厘清ICT课程所包含的计算机科学、信息技术和数字化素养等组成部分,强调计算机科学课程的重要性,使得学生不只是信息技术使用者,更应该进一步成为信息技术创造者。英国中小学ICT课程所呈现出来的课程内容更新、产业参与以及研究先行等特点对于我国中小学信息技术课程改革具有很强的借鉴意义。
In January 2012, the Ministry of Education of the United Kingdom decided to the existing primary and secondary ICT (Information and Communications Technology, ICT) curriculum abolished from September 2012, to wait for the 2014 primary and secondary ICT national curriculum standards implemented. The change of the ICT curriculum in primary and secondary schools in the United Kingdom from the criticism of the existing ICT curriculum, The current ICT curriculum is dull and can not stimulate student motivation. The ICT curriculum of the United Kingdom change is to break through the traditional office software-based ICT course content, to clarify the part of the ICT curriculum content, especially emphasize the importance of the computer science curriculum.
