英国宰相的产生与消亡

摘要宰相曾短暂出现于英国中世纪。它的产生是源于英王在法国占有大片领地而无暇顾及国内事务,它的消亡源于英王在大陆领地丧失而致力于国内事务。它曾在英国历史上起到代王行政的作用,很大程度上弥补了早期英王在英国的渎职,对英国王权和政治制度的稳定发展起到了过渡性的作用。
