肾移植术后早期应用麦考酚钠肠溶片的临床观察
摘要
麦考酚酸类药物是以麦考酚酸为活性成分的抗代谢类免疫抑制药，临床常用的有吗替麦考酚酯（骁悉）和麦考酚钠肠溶片（米芙）。骁悉的应用显著降低了肾移植术后排斥反应的发生，但由于常会引起胃肠道等不良反应，因此另一种药物米芙被研发并应用于临床。我院2010年1月～2011年12月行同种肾移植术78例，其中早期应用米芙43例，疗效满意，分析报告如下。
