老年人餐后低血压

摘要 餐后低血压（PPH）早在20世纪30年代就有报道，近20余年来才逐渐引起医学界的重视。目前认为，PPH是一种与直立性低血压不同的疾病，两者可能有共同的病理基础，在同一患者可合并存在。
