高校少数民族学生教育管理模式探析——基于广州大学城内新疆少数民族学生的调研

On the Education and Management of Minority Students——Based on the Research of the Xinjiang Minority Students in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center

高校少数民族学生的教育管理问题关系着国家民族政策的具体落实、民族教育文化事业的繁荣以及社会的和谐稳定。当前普通高校的少数民族学生普遍存在跨文化适应问题,其原因主要有缺乏专门的教育管理机构,缺乏专业的适应性教育指导及就业渠道不畅通等。要解决这些问题,设置专门的少数民族教育管理部门,分阶段做好教育管理服务工作,改善餐饮等生活服务,调整政策倾斜力度,疏通就业渠道等措施是必不可少的。

The education and management of minority students is of key importance to the implementation of national policy, the prosperity of the national educational and cultural undertakings, social harmony and stability as well. The Xinjiang minority students in GZ colleges encounter cross-cultural adaptation problems, and the reasons lay on various factors with the unprofessional education and management methods of the colleges. Using theory of cross-cultural adaptation, the researchers held in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys on the Xinjiang minority students from six different universities in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, and thus analyzed the countermeasure to the education and management of minority students.
