摘要
BiOBr是新型的半导体材料,具有独特的电子结构、良好的光学性能和催化性能。在BiOBr的3种不同结构中,三维纳米结构具有较高的转化效率、光吸收能力,且易实现固液分离,能够很好的改善普通BiOBr的催化性能。文中阐述了BiOBr的研究现状、制备及改性方法。
As a new-type of semiconductor material , BiOBr has a unique electronic structure , good photo performance and catalytic performance. Among the 3 different structures of BiOBr , tridimensional nanostructure has higher conversion efficiency , optical absorptivity and is easy to realize solid-liquid separation , and can better improve catalytic performance of normal BiOBr. The research status , preparation and modification method are expatriated in this paper.
