摘要
根据加氢裂化催化剂PHC-03在1200kt/a加氢裂化装置的工业应用试验结果,分析了该催化剂装填、硫化、钝化及开工过程的工艺性能。结果表明,催化剂PHC-03具有产品结构灵活、操作弹性大、产品质量优良的特点,能够满足企业实际生产需求。
Based on commercial application of hydrocracking catalyst ( PHC-03 ) in the 1 , 200 kt/a hydrocracking unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company , This paper analyzed the catalyst loading , sulphidization passivation and the process performance during startup. The result indicated that the PHC-03 hydrocracking catalyst has advantages of flexible product mix , high operation flexibility and good products quality , which can be meet requirement of actual production.
