摘要
文中分析了高压聚乙烯装置的热水系统水质不合格的原因,主要是系统内溶解氧超标、硬度超标、pH值超标,系统长期处于腐蚀状态,导致反应器泄漏,断间换热器频繁泄漏。采取了相应技术改造措施,收到了理想的效果。
The reasons for hot water system of LDPE Plant not on-spec. in water quality is analyzed , mainly are dissolved oxygen in the system is higher than specification , hardness is higher than specification , pH is lower than specification , and the system has been in corrosion status for long time , which caused reactor leaked and inter-stage heat exchanger frequently leaked. Relevant technical revamp measures have been taken , and ideal result has been obtained.
