摘要
大型储罐设计时,随着罐底边缘板的外伸长度增大,大角焊缝处应力值和边缘板的应力值是变化的。当外伸长度达到一定值后,焊缝处的应力值和边缘板的应力值不再变化。文中分析了罐底边缘板的合理外伸尺寸,既保证了储罐的安全设计,又节省了钢材。
In large tank design , the stress of full fillet weld and stress of margin plate are variable with the increase of the extension of tank bottom margin plate. When the extension reaches to a certain value , the stress of weld and the stress of margin plate don ’ t change anymore. This paper analyzed reasonable extension size of tank bottom margin plate , which ensured the safe design of tank , and saved steels.
