催化裂化装置外取热器管束吊装方案探讨

某重油催化装置的取热器管束泄漏,需要整体更换。由于该取热器管束的结构特殊,吊装更换作业空间狭窄,且施工时间紧迫,管束的吊装施工难度很大。文中对其结构进行了受力分析,制定了合理的吊装施工方案,为类似设备安装施工提供了参考。

The heat remover tube bundle of a Catalytic Cracking Unit need to be integrally changed because of its leak. As this heat remover tube bundle ’ s structure is special , lifting operation space is narrow , construction time is pressing , and the difficulty of lifting work of the bundle is very high. This paper made loading stress analysis to its structure , established reasonable lifting work plan , and provided reference for similar equipment installation work.
