摘要
以新制备的氢氧化钙和乙酰丙酮为原料,二甲苯为分散剂,合成乙酰丙酮钙,该方法的最佳工艺条件为:采用新制Ca(OH)2,乙酰丙酮/Ca(OH)2摩尔比为1.50,分散剂采用二甲苯,用量为100mL二甲苯/0.1molCa(OH)2,反应温度110℃,反应时间1h。。红外光谱表征表明,乙酰丙酮以烯醇式一价阴离子的形式与钙离子配位,形成配合物。X射线衍射(XRD)表征证明,该物质为乙酰丙酮钙。
The calcium acetylacetonate was synthesized using acetylacetone and new synthesised calcium hydroxide as raw materials, xylene as a dispersing agent. This method provides a new method for the synthesis of calcium acetylacetonate, and the optimum reaction conditions are, Ca (OH)2, new synthesized, acetylaetone/ Ca(OH)2 mole ratio 1.5, dispersing agent: xylene, xylene/Ca(OH)2 100 mL/0.1 mole, reaction temperature 110 ℃,reaction time 1 h. IR spectrum shows that acetylaeetonate in the form of a monovalent anion with calcium ions forms ligand. XRD pattern shows that the substance is calcium acetylacetonate.
