摘要
通过刚果红变色试验、静态、动态热稳定试验及流变试验,比较了一种铅盐复合稳定剂、有机锡稳定剂T137和有机复合稳定剂TF-790KX对未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)型材的静态和动态热稳定性,流变性能以及型材的物理机械性能的影响,结果表明:有机复合稳定剂TF790KX是一种可应用于PVC-U型材加工的性价比理想的不含铅产品。
Through Congo red color change test, static and dynamic heat stability tests and rheology test, the effect of a lead composite heat stabilizer, organic-tin T137, and organic composite heat stabilizer TF790KX on the static and dyuamic stabilities, theological and mechamical properties of unplasticized poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) profile were compared. The results showed that the organic composite heat stabilizer TF790KX is a heat stabilizer has bigger property/value ratio and can uses in PVC-U profile as a non-lead heat stabilizer.
