摘要 目的评价年龄及性激素预测卵巢储备功能的价值。方法将入选对象按年龄段分为≤30岁组、30岁~35岁组、≥35岁组,比较不同年龄段患者的激素水平、卵泡数目。结果随着年龄的增长,卵泡数目有所减少,各组比较差异有统计学意义。在≥35岁组中,卵泡刺激素(FSH)的增高非常显著,相应阶段的卵泡数目也显著减少。结论增龄是卵巢老化的敏感指标,FSH水平对于卵巢的储备功能有较好的预测价值,多项指标综合评估,有助于提高预测准确率。 Objective To investigate the predicting value of age,sex hormone on ovarian reserve in women. Methods The women were chosed were divided into three groups with age :group A (≤30years),group B(30~35 years),group C(≥35 years). Comparing with the level of FSH,E2,the numbers of follicle in the three groups. Results With the age growing, the number of follicle was declined, The was significant differences in the group A 、group B and group C .The level of FSH in group C was higher, and the number of follicle was declined respectively . Conclusion Age is a good predictor of ovarian reserve. FSH can well predict the ovarian reserve. A multi-model can improve the prediction of ovarian reserve.
