流域水环境监测质量管理制度的构建

随着我国经济的快速发展,排入流域中的污染物种类日趋复杂,环境监管难度逐渐加大,水环境污染事件时有发生。由于水环境污染造成的危害加大,我国对流域水环境的监测管理引起了各界高度重视。就我国流域水环境监测过程中出现的一些问题和流域水环境监测质量管理制度的构建进行了探讨,以供参考。

Along with the rapid development of national economy, the categories of pollutant that discharging into fiver basin become more complex, the difficulty of environment environmental pollution incidents occur frequently. The serious supervision also should increase gradually, the water damage of water pollution has caused society＇s great attention on the monitoring management for domestic river basin water environment. In this paper, some problems existed in the process of domestic fiver basin water environment monitoring and the construction of the system of fiver basin water environment monitoring quality management are discussed, just for reference.
