摘要
通过对污染减排工作的分析,建立污染减排业务流程规范,用于规范和指导各地环境保护主管部门建设项目管理和排污许可证管理信息化工作。以建设项目审批和验收管理为例,结合沈阳市管理现状,实现基于工作流的沈阳市污染减排业务信息化管理。
Based on the analysis of pollution reduction business,to establish pollution reduction business process specification. The business process specification norms and guidance can be used for guiding the informatization work of environmental protection department of different areas in the construction project management and sewage discharge permission management. Taking construction project approving and acceptance management as examples, combined with the management status in Shenyang,to complete informatization management of workflow-based pollution reduction business in Shenyang.
