摘要
党的十八大明确指出,"文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园",进一步提升了文化在国家发展战略中的地位。作为既具有国家门户地域特质又具有高等教育属性的国门大学,应在十八大精神的指引下,肩负起"把中国介绍给世界"与"把世界介绍给中国"的双重使命,在汲取国内外优秀文化的基础上,加强国门大学自身文化建设,创建国门大学特色文化品牌,立足区域服务地方文化建设的同时,推进"走出去"战略,增强国门大学文化的海外影响力和国际竞争力。
In 18th Party Congress, the statement of" culture is lifeblood of a nation, and.spiritual home of people as well" has greatly enhanced the status of culture in national development strategy. Honghe University, an institution of higher education in southern border of China, should burden the responsibility of" introducing China to the world" and " introducing the world to China~. Hence, we should improve the influence and competitive ability through strengthening culture construction and building brand with our own characteristics.
