困境与出路——基于金水河国家级口岸贸易及边民互市现状的思考

Dilenma and Way Out ——Reflection on China-Vietnam Trade in Jinshuihe Port

金水河口岸是云南省红河州仅有的两个国家级口岸之一,是中国走向越南西部的重要通道,应当扮演中越经贸往来和旅游发展的重要角色。但近年来,诸多主客观因素导致口岸未能充分发挥其应有功能,导致经贸往来的大减和边民互市的萧条。这不仅是口岸综合管理上的问题,同时也是两国在共同促进边贸优惠政策方面的不足。

Being one of the only two state level ports in Honghe Prefecture, Jishuihe Port is an important gateway to the west Vietnam and will play an important role in bilateral trade and tourism development. Due to some subjective and objective reasons, the port was unable to function effectively and stagnancy was seen in the trade volume. This is not only a question of comprehensive management, but also a deficiency in favorable trade policy.
