摘要
介绍了教学设备NBC系列抽头式气体保护焊机中控制板的改进、设计与实现过程,在保持原焊机控制板功能的前提下,为焊机交流控制、出气机构、送丝装置提供更可靠、稳定的控制信号。同时,确保硬件更简化,实现了"智能化"控制,在软硬件方面都做了改进、设计,同时对其他部分进行设计、选型、优化。
The improment, design and realization of the control board of NBC series tapped gas shielded welder for teaching equipment were introduced in this paper. In order to improve the performance of gas shielded welder and realize intelligent control, the reliable and stable control signal was supplied to alternating control device, air-releasing mechanism and wire feeder of gas shielded welder, and the hardware of the control board was simplified under the premise of maintaining the functionality of the original control board. In addition, the other part of gas shielded welder was optimized design.
