摘要
大连软件产业发展对软件高技能型人才培养提出了更高的要求。通过对高职人才培养与市场需求的拟合程度进行调查和定量分析,发现了当前高技能型人才培养中的问题并提出了解决问题的对策。
Development of Dalian software industry to the software the cultivation of talents with high skill set higher demands. Through to higher vocational talents cultivation and the market demand for fitting degree of investigation and quantitative analysis, found that the current high skilled talents in the cultivation of problems and advances some countermeasures for solving these problems.
