摘要
应用C—D生产函数的基本形式和索罗余额法的理论框架,将政策效应、固定资产、科技、资源型要素及劳动力五个产业发展要素内生于C—D生产函数中,建立海洋产业生产函数,并在此基础上对索罗增长速度方程进行拓展,量化分析各产业发展要素在海洋产业发展中的贡献度,比较各发展要素的增长率与其产出贡献度的匹配状态,从产业发展要素优化角度为海洋产业发展要素的优化配置提供合理依据。
Based on the theory of Solow balance method, the five factors, i.e. the policy effects of the marine industry, fixed assets, science and technology, resource-based elements and labor were endogenous in the C-D production function and expand the Solow growth rate equation. It is essential to make a quanti- tative analysis of each contribution of the elements in the development of marine industry, compare the growth rate of each element and its output matching contribution, and provide a reasonable basis for the optimization of elements in the development of marine industry.
