摘要
当市场日趋成熟或接近完全竞争状态时,物流常规服务项目的利润空间日渐缩小,而增值物流业务,即高附加值业务或高投资收益率的运作策略,却能给物流企业带来新的利润空间,甚至成为企业发展的长久之计。物流公司应该注重提高物流管理技术、优化经营策略来降低经营成本,或加强企业创收能力、或提高投资收率,最终挖掘出在现有资源的基础上能获得更高收益的物流增值业务,取胜于竞争的浪潮中。
In the face ol a mature or nlgIlly competluve market, normal logistic services could make less and less profit, while added-value logistic services, which depend on high added value services and strategies for high investment returns, can make extra profits, and even be a long-term developing policy. Therefore, logistic firms should take measures to achieve added-value logistic services by trying to improve managing technology, optimize operating measures to reduce operation cost, develop profit-making ability, or to raise investment profit rate.
