851牌劲源片改善性功能等作用的研究

Study on Promoting Sexual Function by 851 Brand Jinyuang Tablet

目的 研究８５１牌劲源片的延缓衰老、改善性功能和抗疲劳等作用。方法 采用小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）水平测定试验、小鼠慢性悬吊应激性功能紊乱交配试验和血清睾酮水平测定试验、小鼠负重游泳试验等分别评价８５１牌劲源片对小鼠的延缓衰老、改善性功能和抗疲劳等作用。结果 本品能显著降低小鼠肝匀浆ＬＰＯ水平、显著缩短交配潜伏期和增加２０分钟的交配次数并提高血清睾酮水平、显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间。结论

Objective:To investigate the effects of 851 Jinyuan tablet on postponing senility,improving sexual function and anti fatigue.Methods:Mouse hepatic LPO determination test and mating test under stressed functional disorder by chronic hanging,serum testosterone determination test,and loaned swimming test were taken.Results:851 Jinyuan tablet could markedly lower liver LPO level,shorten incubation period of mating and increase mating frequency in 20 minutes,raise serum testosterone level and prolong loaded swimming time.Conclusion:851 Jinyuan tablet has the effects of postponing senility,improving sexual function and anti fatigue.
