摘要
工业节水综合评价涉及到社会、经济和环境等诸多方面,是一个特殊而复杂的过程。本文将物元分析理论和可拓学的相关理论相结合,建立了工业节水的可拓物元评价模型。以鄂尔多斯市为例,根据建立的评价模型对该地区的工业节水进行了全面的评价。结果表明:该评价方法结构合理,能够直观明确地反映鄂尔多斯市实际工业节水综合水平,进而针对评价结果提出合理节水措施,以提高工业节水水平,具有推广应用价值。
Industrial water-saving comprehensive evaluation is related to the aspects such as society,economy and environment,is a special and complex process.Combining the theory of matter element analysis with extension theory,the paper established extension matter element evaluation model of industrial water-saving.In the case of Xi'an,it comprehensively evaluated the situation of industrial water-saving in these areas according to the evaluation model.The results show that the method has reasonable structure and directly clear reflects industrial water-saving comprehensive level of Erdos City,then according to the evaluation results the paper put forward reasonable water-saving measures so as to improve industrial water saving level.It has application value for engineering projects.
