Exploration of English Teaching Reform in Technical Schools

随着社会经济的飞速发展,用人单位对高级技工人才提出了更加严格的高要求,面对社会需要大量"懂理论、会英语、能实操"的高复合型技工人才的要求,在技工类院校中,英语教学正面临着更为巨大的挑战与困难,存在很多问题,要采取一系列措施,要对现有的英语教学进行改革,以便提高英语教学质量,提高技工学生英语学习成效,适应社会的要求。

To well accommodate the rapid development of social economy, employers are now having higher expecta-tion of their employees. For technical workers, they are required to be with a good command of theory and practice, as well as English, which poses a great challenge to the school. To address this problem, it is especially necessary to take some measures to reform the existing English teaching so that educational quality could be upgraded, and students could be better prepared for their future job in society.
