安徽省业余乒乓球训练的现状调查与分析

An Investigation and Analysis on Present Situation of Amateur Table Tennis Training in Anhui Province

运用问卷调查、访谈等方法,从教练员、运动员、经费来源、体教结合以及激励机制5个方面对安徽省业余体校、乒乓球传统项目学校以及乒乓球馆业余训练的现状进行调查分析.结果发现:教练员队伍职称、学历及年龄结构偏低,且与运动员的配比不合理;运动员年龄结构偏低,业余训练时间少,打法类型存在失衡现象;业余训练经费来源渠道单一,社会资金投入不足;体教结合流于形式;激励机制满意度不高.由此提出相应建议,以期促进安徽省业余乒乓球训练的健康、快速发展.

Using the methods of questionnaire and interview, this paper investigated and analyzed present situation of amateur training in amateur sports school, traditional project school and table tennis club in Anhui province from five aspects of coaches, athletes, financial source, the combination of sports and education as well as incentive mechanisms. The results show that the professional title, educational background and age structure of coaches are low, which are not fit for the ratio of athletes. The age structure of athletes is low, the amateur training time is little, the playing style is unbalanced. The financial source of amateur training is single. The combination of sports and education is a formality. Incentive mechanisms need to be improved. According to these, the paper put forward corresponding suggestions to promote the development of amateur table tennis training in Anhui province be in a healthy and rapid way.
