The Research of Interaction Problem between Rural Land Circulation and Labor Transfer

土地和劳动力是经济社会尤其是农村经济社会发展两个重要的资源。如何构建农村土地流转与劳动力转移的良性互动关系,是实现工业化、城镇化和农业现代化"三化同步"的关键问题之一。文章探讨了农村土地流转与劳动力转移的现状、相互关系及面临的问题,提出了构建二者良性互动关系的策略。

How to build a positive interaction between rural land circulation and labor transfer is one of the key issues which achieve ＂three synchronous＂ of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization. This paper discusses the statlls of the transter of rural land and labor transt）r,mutual relations,the problems faced,and builds the strategy of,establishing benign interaction between transfer of rural land and labor transter.
