摘要
学者对高校辅导员队伍建设职业化问题的理论研究和路径探索很多,但真正能够实施的很少。原因在于认识不到位,没有形成共识。文章通过对高校辅导员队伍建设职业化和从业人员专业化的辨析,从我国高校辅导员队伍的组织体系、工作定位和工作环境三个方面分析了加强高校辅导员队伍建设职业化的法理性,提出了辅导员队伍职业化建设的途径和方法,为政策的制定和实施提供了参考依据。
Many theoretical researches and approaches of exploration on the specialization of constructing college counselors team have been done by many scholars, but few of them can be really implemented. The reasons lie in unclear understanding and no consensus. Based on the analysis on the specialization of constructing college counselors team and professionalization of practitioners,the jurisprudence of strengthening the specialization of constructing college counselors team is analyzed from the following three aspects as the organization system of college counselors team,work orientation and working environment,and the ways and methods on the specialization of constructing college counselors team were put forward,providing reference for the establishment and implementation of policy.
