中药药性复杂性与药性物质研究的思考

Complexity and modern research thoughts on medicinal property material of traditional Chinese medicine

通过对中药药性理论分析,提出中药药性具有层次多重性、内容多面性、作用广泛性及物质基础多样性等复杂表现,进而指出中药药性物质研究是中药理论现代研究的关键问题;在此基础上,提出通过"病证-药效-血清药化学"认识功效物质、进而根据"性效同源"观点推定药性物质、最终通过对同源异用中药药性物质异同的比较阐释中药药性物质的基本思路。

We could recognize that MP is complicated in multi-levels, multi-faceted contents, extensive roles and diverse materials through analyzing its theory of TCM. Further analysis of such theory, we might get a conclusion that MP material is the key problem of the modem research on TCM theory. Besides, we firstly proposed that TCM bioactive components might be determined by systemic analysis of syndrome-effect-serum medicine chemistry, and MP material could be deduced by the academic viewpoint of homologous origin between property and effect. Finally, we pointed out basic thoughts of investigating MP material of TCM for the first time.
