中医“火”源流考

Research of the origin of the 'fire' in traditional Chinese medicine

在漫长的中医药理论历史发展进程中,历代医家非常重视对火的研究,火的理论不断得到丰富和发展。文章通过对火的源流进行追溯,认为春秋战国至秦汉时期是中医"火"理论的初步形成阶段,提出了多种火的概念以及火的治则;宋金元时期是中医"火"理论的全面发展阶段,认识到了火与体质的关系及气虚所致的阴火;明清时期是中医"火"理论的不断完善阶段,医家从正反两方面衡量了火的利弊。近现代由于科学技术的发展,人们对火的认识虽然取得了一些成绩,但还须要进一步深入研究火的实质,这样才能真正揭开中医火的神秘面纱。

In the long history of the development of Chinese Medicine theory, the ancient physicians attached great importance to the study of the fire, and the fire theory continued to be enriched and developed. In this paper, the origins of the fire was traced. It was considered that Warring States to Qin and Han Dynasties was the initial formation stage of the Chinese medicine theory of ＇fire＇, in which it presented the concepts of multiple fire and curative principles of the fire; Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties was the comprehensive development stage, in which it recognized the relationship between the fire and body constitution, and Yinfire caused by qi deficiency; and Ming and Qing Dynasties was the constant improvement stage, in which physicians measured the pros and cons of the fire from both positive and negative aspects. Due to the development of science and technology in modem times, understanding of the fire has made certain achievements, but it also needs to further study the essence of the fire in order to truly uncover the mystery of it.
