益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病患者炎症因子的影响

Effect of the Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Formula on the inflammatory cytokines in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选择初发2型糖尿病患者共计200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在基础治疗上加服益气养阴清热方,每日1剂;对照组在基础治疗上加服吡格列酮片30mg,每日1次,疗程均为4周。两组患者于治疗前后均抽血检测空腹血糖、血脂、超敏CRP(hsCRP)、TNF-α、IL-6。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者空腹血糖水平均明显下降(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前后血脂各指标均无明显变化;治疗后两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组的下降更为明显(P<0.01);两组患者无论治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6均与hsCRP呈正相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者TNF-α、IL-6水平与CRP水平呈正相关,益气养阴清热方能有效降低2型糖尿病患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平。

Objective： To observe the influence of the formula of supplementing Qi, nourishing Yin and clearing heat （Yiqi Yangyin Qingre） on C-reactive protein （CRP）, tumor nercrosis factor-or （TNF-u）, intedeukin 6 （IL-6） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： 200 incipient patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated by basic treatment, and the treatment group was treated with the formula of SQNYCH, one dose per day, the control group were treated with pioglitazone, 30mg per day. The treatment courses of both groups were 4 weeks, and fasting blood glucose （FBG）, lipid, hsCRP, TNF-u and IL-6 were measured before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the FBG of both groups were obviously lower than before treatment （P〈0.01）. The lipid levels of before and after treatment were no significant differences in both groups. After treatment, the levels of TNF-u, IL-6 and CRP were significantly reduced in both groups （P〈0.01）, compared with the control group, the decline was more significant in the treatment group （P〈0.01）; Through the analysis of the relation, positive correlation was found between TNF-ct or IL-6 and hsCRP before or after treatment. Conclusion： The SQNYCH formula could effectively lower the levels of the related inflammatory cytokines in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and there was a positive correlation between TNF-a or IL-6 and CRP.
