浅谈清洁生产在某发动机生产企业中的应用

Discussion on the application of cleaner production in engine building

对清洁生产的基本内容进行了简单介绍,并分析如何在发动机制造业中实行清洁生产.结合企业实例,从企业生产工艺技术、原材料及能源应用、产污排污环节等方面进行分析,提出了相应的清洁生产方案,为企业取得了良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益.由此得出结论:在发动机制造业实施清洁生产既能加快企业经济发展,又能节约和保护资源,从根本上解决了相应的环境问题.

This paper makes a brief introduction to the basic content of cleaner production. And it states the way of how to implement the cleaner production in the engine building. Combined with a business example, it analyzes the production technology, the application of materials and energy, producing and discharging pollutant links and so on. With the appro- priate cleaner production program proposed, the enterprises have achieved good economic, environmental and social benefits. It concludes that cleaner production is not only able to ac- celerate the pace of economic development, but also to conserve and protect resources, and it resolves the corresponding environmental issues fundamentally.
