摘要 插值及函数拟合技术通过有限样本数据对函数变量之间的关系做出预测,采用该方法能得到结构的计算公式,在以往的计算中样本数据通常采用实验方法获得,由于实验数据准确性不高,拟合曲线本身存在噪音和孤立点,因此传统方法进行函数拟合的结果往往不能满足要求.介绍了采用有限元多参数计算方法,得到初始样本数据.与实验值相比由于计算采用程序控制,有限元计算值一致性好,精度较高,拟合函数具有较高准确度.首先对函数拟合技术进行探讨,对材料力学中常见悬臂梁结构通过多参数有限元计算拟合得到最大变形计算公式,与理论公式相比具有较高的逼近精度.最后通过数控机床横梁工程计算实例对该方法应用进行举例,与有限元计算结果相比,得到的拟合公式具有较高精度,可以作为设计人员在结构设计开始阶段的基本公式使用. It is proved that a method of interpolation and function fitting techniques by limit- ed sample data to predict the relationship between variables can get the structure of the for- mula. In consideration of the calculation of the sample in the past commonly used experimen- tal data obtained, the accuracy of the experimental data, and the problems of the fitting curve inherent noise and isolated points, so the traditional method of function fitting results doesn't meet the requirements. This article states the multi-parameter calculation by using fi- nite element methods, the initial sample data. As compared with the experimental values cal- culated using the program control, finite element values of consistency, high accuracy, fit- ting functions with high accuracy, the first function fitting techniques explore the mechanics of materials common cantilever structure by finite element multi-parameter fitting formula for calculating the maximum deformation with high approximation accuracy. Finally, the method of application example instance supports CNC beam engineering calculations for de- signers to use in the structural design.
