摘要
随着国有林场改革的深入,部分影响国有林场发展的不和谐因素充分暴露。为促进国有林场健康发展,实现开县"三年整体转型、五年提速到位、七年全面小康"和践行"147"战略,文章立足开县实情,总结近年来国有林场改革经验、教训以及改革中存在的主要问题,并对开县国有林场发展对策进行了一些探讨。
With in-depth reforms of state-owned forest, some disharmonious factors have been fully exposed. In order to promote the healthy development of state-owned forest, realize strategic objectives of economic development, this paper based on the actual conditions in Kaixian, the reform experience and the main problems of state-owned forest in recent years were summarized, development countermeasures for state-owned forest were also discussed.
