Development Strategy in Higher Vocational Education based on Construction of New Socialist Countryside

高职教育是培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高技能复合人才的基地,应采取各种发展对策,适应社会主义新农村建设的需求。提出了适应社会主义新农村建设的发展方向,包括重新研究办学定位和方向、构建适应新农村建设的教育教学体系、创新人才培养模式、充分发挥社会服务职能及就业导向向新农村建设倾斜等方面。

Higher vocational education is the training base of high skill compound talents for first-line of production, construction, management and service, which should take all sorts of development strategies to adapt to the construction of new socialist countryside. The development direction suitable for construction of new socialist countryside is put forward, including re-studying orientation and direction of running a school, constructing education and teaching system suitable for new countryside construction, innovating the mode of talent training, fully exerting social service function and leading employment guidance to new countryside construction.
