农民教育的目标在于培养农民成为符合现代社会发展要求的新型农民,促进农民群体的现代化和市民化。"现代性"价值归属下的内涵性也必然要求在对农民进行教育的过程中遵循这种价值取向,新型农民也就是符合现代社会"现代性"内涵要求的农民。现代农民的素质结构是一个复杂的系统,在具体化要求的同时需要进一步优化。

The uhimate goal of farmer education was training farmers to become new farmers according to the requirements of modern society and promoting the modernization and urbanization of farmers. The quality structure of modern farmers was a complex system, the specific requirements need to be further optimized at the same time.
