Practice and Thinking of Rural Financial Management in New Period

针对浙江省临安市农村财务管理的现状,分析了临安市农村财务管理存在的问题,包括农村财务管理制度不健全、不完善,缺乏行之有效的运行监管机制,财会人员素质不高及盲目建设引起财力紧张等,阐述了农村财务管理的实践与探索,并从指定长远规划、加大农村集体经济支持力度、创新农村集体经济经营方式方面提出了当前农村财务管理的建议。

In view of current situation of rural financial management in Ling＇an City of Zhejiang Province, the problems of rural financial management in Ling＇an City is analyzed in the paper, including imperfect rural financial management system, the lack of effective operation supervision mechanism, low quality of accounting personnel and financial strain caused by blind construction. The practice and exploration of rural financial management are elaborated in the paper, and the advice for current rural financial management is put forward from the aspects of designating long-term planning, increasing rural collective economic support and innovating rural collective economic operation management.
